Shipping & Handling

 All prices are listed in USD.

 •  Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturers process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days.

•  Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days but can take up to 45 days if you are located outside the US. Most of our orders however arrive within 3 weeks. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

We often work directly with suppliers all over the world. Therefore, items may arrive separately.

If your shipping is in progress you may not be eligible for a refund.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your got your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You can not ask for a refund while your shipping is in progress .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
